(Lamp shade and light bulb are NOT included) The bottom of the nursery light base is a medium sized birched wood round(keep in mind, all the wood pieces vary in size/ shape and look). Due to the nature of birch wood, each lamp varies with actual size, shape, and edging. Nursery blocks that make up your child’s name are composed of 1.5 inch cubed pine wood. Wooden blocks are decorated with stenciled painted woodland patterns. Once stenciled, the blocks are sealed with safe, water-based products. In addition to the wooden component, UL certified lamp products are used. The lamp socket is for 3-way lighting and can be used with a 50-100-150 watt bulb. This lamp is stenciled wording down the front as ‘Be Brave Little One’. Approx measurements of lamp base is 14 inches.
